Preparation to enter Enir-Ilim
To get the Spira incantation, you need to travel deep into Enir-Ilim’s First Rise site of grace. To get here, you first need to unlock Enir-Ilim by burning the Sealing Tree. You have to defeat two bosses before you can get here. The first boss you have to defeat is Messmer the Impaler. You can find him within the Specimen Storehouse in Shadow Keep. Just keep going up the stairs from the Storehouse, First Floor site of grace to find his lair. You will get Messmer’s Kindling after defeating him
Next, exit via the elevator in Storehouse, First Floor and travel through the bridge past West Rampart. Keep going west till you reach Rauh Ruins. Towards the very end of the region you will come across Scorpion River Catacombs. From there, travel south to find the Church of Bud. Within this building is another enemy you need to defeat called Romania, Saint of the Bud. After that, make your way south of Church of Bud to find the sealing tree and burn it
How to Get Spira Incantation
Now that you are within Enir-Ilim, you have to find the First Rise site of grace. This isn’t too far, as all you have to do is find several stairs that go up. Keep going up and you will find the site of grace. From there, head southwest and go past the archway towards the stairs leading up. You will reach the courtyard, after which you have to go up another flight of stairs southeast. Look to the north after reaching the top and you will find a Tree Shaman guarding an altar on the platform across. Use the branches to get across, defeat the shaman and loot the altar to get Spira Incantation.
