Cyberpunk 2077 PL Disappearing Cars and NPCs, Empty Streets
So far, there does not seem to be anything specific scenario that triggers the bug to appear, so there isn’t anything you can do to avoid it. The Cyberpunk 2077 PL Disappearing Cars and NPCs, Empty Streets bug is completely random. Here are some things you can do to try and fix the issue.
One of the things that has the most potential to resolve the bug is to do a gig. After you start a gig, the bug should disappear automatically. If that does not work, you can try the next fix, but it may be a bit discomforting as it involves losing some game progress.
Try going back on your save to about an hour and then load the game, this will definitely fix the bug, but you will end up losing the 1-hour progress. In some cases, you may have to load a save even before an hour’s mark. The best thing is to create multiple saves every half hour.

If we were to draw out something commonality among players who have this bug it’s that most of them have crowd density set to high or medium. It makes sense, as more codes run when the crown density is high, the game may glitch.
The good news is that the Cyberpunk 2077 PL Disappearing Cars and NPCs, Empty Streets Bug is the most occurring, so there may be a patch for it in the future.
At the moment if interacting with the world in some way other than the usual or starting a gig does not work, then, your best bet is to reload an older save.
