As you explore Hyrule to close dangerous rifts with Zelda and Tri in The Legend of Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom, you’ll meet many new friends who need your help. Your journey will take you to various temples filled with puzzles, enemies, and exciting challenges.

The Faron Wetlands are a beautiful, green area, and the temple there is no different. You’ll have to use your smarts to get through this tricky dungeon and defeat the boss. If you can do it, you’ll help save all of Hyrule from danger with Zelda.

How to get inside Faron Temple

To get into the Faron Temple, you have to solve a puzzle. Go to the top right corner of the rift and you’ll see a door with flames and six burning torches nearby. You have to put out all the torches, but they’ll start burning again after a few seconds. A Wind Cannon Echo can be used to blow out all the torches at once. It was held above the head and spun around in the middle of them. Once all the torches are out, the flames on the door will disappear, and you can go inside.

Faron Temple Walkthrough

As soon as you enter Faron Temple, you’ll see several entrances. The main one has a Waypoint, but the others are blocked. It’s best to go left, jump over some platforms (and grab a Mothula Lv. 2 Echo), and follow the path to a ladder. This room has Strandtula and Deku Baba. Defeat them and use a Strandtula to get through the room. You can find 10 Warm peppers in a chest at the top. After that, go to the right and exit.

In this room, the platforms change depending on how much weight is on them. Put two boulders on the first platform, walk across, and use a Strandtula to climb the ladder. You’ll end up on the other side of some bars. Press the switch to open the main entrance. Go through the right door to enter a room with Beamos and Armos.

Go to the other side of the room, which has lightning crystals and moving platforms. Go to the other side of this room. Down the ladder, you’ll enter a water area. Swim to the bottom with an Armos and find a chest with 50 rupees.

Go back to the room with the moving platforms and use the platforms and your electric Echoes to turn on all the crystals. After that, go through the door in the top left corner to get the Dungeon Map. Press the switch and leave to return to the main hall.

Go through the left door in the hall and you’ll find a small room with grass and a Keese. There’s a hidden door behind the grass on the left side. Go through it to enter a very dark room. If you have Glow Smoothies, use one.

There’s a Waypoint in the far left corner. Activate it because you’ll be coming back here often. From the Waypoint, go northwest past the Deku Baba to a ladder. Here, use the charged ‘Y’ button to send two boulders to the other side of the bars. Hit the switch on the left and then climb all the way up to get a Small Key. Climb the ladder here and you’ll enter a room with two Beamos statues. To get another Small Key, go south from this room and you’ll end up outside the dungeon. Follow the path to the right and move the statue to find a hidden door. In this room, turn on the three lightning switches and you’ll get a chest with a Small Key.

How to Solve Two Button Puzzle in Faron Temple

You don’t have your Big Key yet, so you need to keep going. Go outside the dungeon and find a hole in the water to dive into. You’ll end up in a small pool of water inside the temple. Activate the Waypoint and go left. In this room, you’re trapped with two statues that give you a clue. You need to make two Armos Echoes walk on the switches at the same time, or drop one Armos Echo and use Bind to stop the other statue on the switch when the Armos is crossing it. The doors will open, and you can go north.
