To find the Lost Sea People Relic, make your way to Fort Louis. You can find this while docking on the western section of Tenina Coast. You can find this coast if you travel south of the Red Isles. You can find the location by checking the map above. There is an outpost at Fort Louis that you should investigate. Once you step foot on the location, immediately turn left and enter the alcove. Investigate the ground around here to find a source of light beam emitting from the ground. Get close to it to get the Dig command to uncover the Lost Sea People Relic

You can now head back to the Lost Sea People at Palisade Bay and return the relic to them. This will help complete the contract and you will receive rewards like the following
