The Glistening Cloister is a palace that can be found in Losomn. Once you go through the doors, go right to find a room with a mirrored floor. You would have to pass by many passages and enemies to get here, but the room is impossible to miss during your exploration. You will know you are in the right place when you spot several shelves lining the walls, a large central pillar, and the obvious mirrored floor.
To solve the puzzle, you need to walk around and inspect the shelves. What you are looking for is a shelf containing a few candles and nothing else. If you look directly below at the reflection on the floor, you will spot a vase. You have to hit the area where the vase should have been placed on the actual shelf in the non-mirrored version. If done correctly, you will get the Shaed Stone Ring.
