To start, go to the Ravager’s Lair and face the Ravager and the Doe. You have to kill the Doe to obtain the Ravager’s Mark amulet. You don’t have to equip the amulet yet, then go to the Forbidden Grove waypoint. This waypoint will take you to the Bedel of the Vaunn vendor, and you can talk to him to get some additional dialog. Near the vendor there are stairs leading down. Head down to find a statue of the Ravager and the Doe. You can now equip the Ravager’s Mark here to watch the statue transform. A new passage will open underneath, so go down to find the Fruit of Death.

Click on to your inventory and eat the Fruit of Death three times. You will now unlock the Lifeless Heart relic. The relic, when equipped, replenishes 30 health over 0.5 seconds. It also doubles Relic capacity from 10 to 22, which gives you more space to carry more relics.
