The whole point of the game is to power up your Pokémon while they and you sleep. Any Pokémon on your Active Helper team will benefit from your sleep schedule. The more sleep you get, the better your score, and keep your Pokémon happy and energized. You can use the Recovery Incense item to restore more energy while sleeping. This item can be purchased from the General Store.

Charge Energy

Certain Pokémon have a peculiar skill that replenishes lost energy. Called the Charged Energy skill, it restores 12 energy points when used. Only a handful of Pokémon have this skill, and they are listed below.

Energy Pillow

This is another item you can purchase from the General Store, and will replenish Pokémon’s energy during the day. This is a single-use item, and you get 50 energy points when used on one Pokémon.
