Pokémon Sleep lets you collect Pokémon while sleeping. There are over 100 Pokémon you can encounter during your game, and they can help you gather ingredients. As you attract more Pokémon, you will have to keep them happy and level up to strengthen them. There are a few ways to raise up the Pokémon in your camp, and here we will see how to do that. Sleeping

Sleeping for the required amount of time and getting a high score is the quickest way to earn XP and level up your Pokémon. If you get the maximum amount of sleep, 8 hours and 30 minutes, you can quickly accumulate the required XP

Growth Incense 

Using Growth Incense while sleeping will double the XP earned. Couple that with the max sleep score, you can easily get 200 XP per Helper Pokémon

Candies and Dream Shards

Candies give 25 XP during the day when you feed them to your Helper Pokémon. After registering 7 sleep styles, you will unlock a feature to feed your Pokémon some candy. The more XP your Pokémon gains, the more Dream Shards it consumes. Candies can be obtained by completing objectives or as random drops. 

How to Level Up Any Pokémon

Now that you have enough XP, you have to level up each Pokémon manually. Follow the steps below to level up Pokémon

  • Click on the Pokémon button. It is located in the bottom left corner
  • Select the Pokémon icon
  • Pick which Pokémon can be leveled up 
  • Click on the Level Up button under the XP Bar
  • It can be found next to the Evolve button

The Level Up feature can be unlocked after discovering 7 sleep styles. After that, you will get a tutorial on how to access the Level Up page.
