There are three ways you can obtain Quick Balls in the game. The first and most straightforward option is to visit the Pokémon Center and purchase it, but there is a catch. You need to have all 6 Gym Badges by battling all the Gym leaders across Paldea to unlock this option in the store menu. Once you do, you will have to pay 1000 Pokedollars to buy it. You can also find them in the Delibird Presents Shops and the Auction House.
Another way you can get Quick Balls is by completing the Pokedex. For every 30 Pokémon you catch and enter into the Pokedex, you will get certain rewards. By the time you hit 120 Pokémon entries, you unlock one Quick Ball. If you complete 200 entries, you can visit your Homeroom teacher to get the other Quick Ball.
The last method involves scavenging in the overworld. Finding Quick Balls through this method is a rare encounter, so you are better off trying to purchase them from the store.
The only benefit you will get by using Quick Balls is the higher chance that it will capture the Pokémon. Compared to other Pokeballs, the Quick Balls can be used at the very beginning, right before battle, and has a higher success rate of capturing them.
