To get the Beast Ball, you need to complete your Pokedex. Once you collect 400 Pokémon entries, you unlock the Beast Ball as a reward. Besides that, you cannot purchase the Beast Balls from stores, nor is it handed out while completing NPC tasks. There could be a chance to get the Beast Ball in the Auction House, but that is quite rare.
Another way to get the Beast Ball is to participate in the Ace Academy Tournaments. After you battle all the Gym Leaders, you can have a go again and get plenty of rewards. One of the rewards you can claim is the Beast Ball.
You can use the Beast Ball to capture legendary Pokémon or Titan Pokémon if you haven’t yet, or you can keep it in your inventory as a memento.
