There are two ways you can get the blue keycard while playing stealth in Rock the Cradle. You have to either get the VIP invite in Payday 3 and get inside the VIP area, or distract the bouncer by messing with the DJ booth. If you choose to get the VIP invite, then you can show the authenticated invite to the bouncer and get inside. Right after you enter through the VIP doors, quickly turn around and snatch the keycard from behind the bouncer when he isn’t paying attention. This is by far the easiest way you can get the blue keycard in Rock the Cradle.
The second method involves reconfiguring the speakers on the roof, then messing with the DJ booth on the top floor. The bouncer will come to investigate, and he will take the stairs behind the Staff Only door next to the Neon bar. You can hide near the stairs and kill the bouncer while he is coming up, or you can sneak up behind him while he is investigating the DJ booth to get the keycard. Whichever method you pick, you can get the keycard through both these ways.
