There are two locations where you can investigate to find Lunaris. They usually appear as bosses or Alpha Pals, so you have to prepare yourself first. The first location that is quite close to your base is the Sea Breeze Archipelago island. Make your way to the Sea Breeze Archipelago island via the Sealed Realm of the Esoteric waypoint. You can find it on the southern section of the map and southwest of Windswept Islands. The dungeon entrance is on top of the hills here, and you can easily spot it while using a flying mount. The Alpha Lunaris here is a level 32 Pal
Another area you can check is the Tundra region in the northern section of the map. Bordering the Tundra region you can unlock the Icy Weasel Hill waypoint. Once you reach this waypoint, find the Sacred Mountain Cavern dungeon. You can find dungeon openings as caves entrances, and they are easier to spot on a flying mount. The Alpha Lunaris inside here is level 38 Pal
How to Beat Lunaris in Palworld
To beat Lunaris, you can use a Dark type Pal since Lunaris is a Neutral type Pal. Guns like the Rifle or shotguns can help deal with them from a distance. When trying to capture them, use spheres that are Hyper and above.

Lunaris Work Suitability
Lunaris are suitable for the Handiwork skill, as they are level 3 in Handiwork. Beside that, they can also perform low level Gathering and Transporting, and both are at level 1.
When taking Lunaris in your party, they can offer their partner ability Anti Gravity. This will help their handler carry more load and increase load capacity
