Digtoises are mostly found in the sandy areas of the map. There are two locations where you can check for Digtoise. The first location is the area where you can encounter the Anubis boss. If you check the desert here, you might encounter Digtoises. This area is also quite easy to reach from your starting spawn point. The other area that you can investigate is the desert in the northeast corner of the map. You can reach this place if you have the Deep Sand Dunes waypoint unlocked. If you haven’t reached that part of the map yet, you can alway explore the first desert area to find Digtoise
Once you spot the Digtoise, you can use grass type Pals to capture it. They don’t require a lot of firepower to tackle them, so you can use crossbows and handguns to lower their health. Any Sphere above the basic Pal Sphere is enough to capture them. Once let out on your base, they can complete Mining works since they are level 3 Mining. They can also drop Ore and High Quality Pal Oil frequently
