To unlock the Statue of Power, you first need to level up to level 6. After that, visit the Technology menu and scroll down till you find all the structures you can unlock at level 6. The Statue of Power requires 2 Tech Points to unlock. Once that is done, you can craft it once you have gathered 20 Stone and 10 Paldium Fragments. Now that you have constructed the Statue of Power, you can enhance the stats of your character as well as your Pals. This can help give certain boosts and enhance their powers further

To use the Statue of Power, you need to make offerings. Pal Souls and Lifmunk Effigy are the two items you need to collect and offer it to the Statue. You can get Pal Souls (Small, Medium, Large) from defeating Pals, and Lifmunk Effigy can be found randomly in the wild. Gather enough of them to make an offering.
