A new patch has been added to the game Once Human, “Way of Winter,” an exciting new game mode where players must survive harsh weather conditions in the newly added region of Arkham. Divided into three areas: Onyx Tundra, Vena Fjord, and Ember Strand, Arkham houses settlements teeming with loot crates containing weapons, gear, and unique items. At every city stands a specific Mystical Crate, as well as crates of multiple weapons that can be located in various stages throughout a fresh play-through. This guide will tell you on finding the Mystical Crate found in the Tundra Monolith.
What are Mystical Crate
Mystical Crates are special chests hidden throughout the game world. Finding and opening them rewards you with blueprint fragments. These fragments can be combined to create blueprints, which you can use to craft weapons and armor. To find mystical crates, press Q to scan the area. They’re usually located in deeper parts of each location.
Where is Tundra Monolith
Tundra Monolith is nestled in the Onyx Tundra, an eastern region of Arkam. Here, you can explore a frozen ocean, take a cable car ride to the mountains along the southern border, visit a lively desert town, and enjoy a theme park built on a tundra that shines like colorful onyx. It’s a place where you can also create and shape your own dream territory.
Location of Mystical Crate in Tundra Monolith
The Onyx Tundra region in Once Human is a challenging area for players below level 15. However, if you are level 15 or higher, you can still manage to clear it. There are two teleportation points in the region that you can use to get around: one at (2653, 4458) and one at (3399, 4096).
The teleportation point at (3399, 4096) will require you to drive all the way to the Roseeta Building. Since the region is very cold, it will be difficult to travel without taking breaks to set up camp. If you choose the teleportation point at (2653, 4458), you can walk to the Roseeta Building. However, make sure you have cold resistance gear, as the region is extremely cold.
The map shows the Mystical Crate at the Tundra Monolith (2914, 4640), but it’s actually located opposite the monolith at (2448, 4386). To get to the crate, you will need to climb up the guardian post and you’ll need to defeat two snipers guarding it.
What is Inside the Mystical Crate in Tundra Monolith
The crate contains the blueprint for the new gun, the M416 – Schorched Earth. This gun is great for players who focus on elemental damage, like the Shelterer and Blackstone sets. But be careful! Using it in cold weather can be dangerous. To fix this, you can add the Burn mod, which heals you every time you kill an enemy.
