Throughville can be explored early in the game, once you reach level 2. First, you need to unlock the Rift Anchor so it gets easier to locate all the crates and explore Throughville. After activating the Rift Anchor, from there head east to the house across the road. This is the first house on your right after you enter Throughville from the main road. Hop over the fence and make your way inside, then go up the stairs and out the balcony. Climb on top of the cardboard boxes to reach the roof, where you will spot a weapon chest
Hop down the balcony and you will spot a school bus and an army vehicle parked near the house you exited from. Between these two vehicles is another weapon crate out in the open. Next, get behind the school bus and enter the library on your left. Go up the stairs and cross the cafeteria and get into the small room behind the counter to unlock a storage crate. There is another flight of stairs that will take you up to the roof. Get to the roof and jump across to the building on the north side. Over here is another storage crate
For the mystical crate and final weapon chest, jump back to the rooftop you were previously in and make your way across the wooden bridge heading east. Jump across the rafters to locate the last weapon chest and the mystical crate
