To find the Mini Wonder, you can get it as part of a quest. The quest you need to follow is Lowe’s questline, especially the Otherworld Traveler quest in the Forgotten Monolith, Red Sands region (1889, -1482). This is a level 50 area, so you should be well prepared to tackle it. If you don’t have this quest unlocked, you should complete any other incomplete quests of Lowe to get this one. You can find several of Lowe’s quests across all the regions, so complete each one before you get here.

Once you reach Forgotten Monolith, make your way to the building northwest of the entrance of the Monolith. You need to head inside the building and head upstairs. There are a few flights of stairs you will find while exploring the inside. Just take the ones going up. You will soon reach a steel passageway, explore this passage to find an empty nook and the Mini Wonder floating inside.
