To find the legendary tactical sniper rifle, make your way to Blackheart Region. This is a late game area, so you should level up to around level 45 and beyond if you wish to explore it. Once here, head east towards 5870, 1295. It is right in the middle of a crossroad, and you have to step away from the road here. Just make your way a bit north of the main road and keep your eyes peeled for a large boulder
At the coordinates given above, you will find a large boulder. All you have to do is destroy it using any weapon or tool. You can either mine it down, or just blow it up with a grenade or explosive. Once you do that, you will find a loot crate inside. Unlock it to get the legendary tactical sniper rifle mag. With this mag, you can get an increase in reload speed by +15 and mobility increases by +7
