To get a Storage Battery, you need to first unlock the crafting recipe from the Memetics tree. Head into Memetics and go to Tier 3 of Logistics to unlock the electrical kit. You will find the recipe for Storage Battery here. Select it, then start gathering your materials to craft it. You will need the following
- 15x Steel Ingots
- 20x Rubber
- 20x Acid
- 10x Electronic Part
Now, make your way to the intermediate supplies workbench to start crafting a Storage Battery. You can get steel ingots by collecting steel ore and taking it to the furnace. Rubber and Electronic Parts can be obtained in loot crates and from disassembling scraps. Acid can be farmed from enemy drops or using an acid plant at your base. Once you have all the required materials, craft them at the workbench to get a Storage Battery. You can now use it on your electric chainsaw or drill and supply ample power
