To solve the Bastille of Insight puzzle, you need to explore the structure where the puzzle originated in and find various red glowing runes. These runes will be inscribed on the walls or pillars of the structure, and if you go close to them you will get a prompt to examine them. To find the runes, check out where the Wisps are located, then investigate the area where the Wisps are. Wisps are tiny floating creatures that will help illuminate a rune for a short while.
Once you find the rune, see if you get the investigate prompt. If you don’t, then you should investigate another location first and activate the rune there. Sometimes you might have to follow an order and activate runes to solve the puzzle. Investigate all the runes with the help of the Wisp locations till they turn blue instead of red to solve the puzzle. But if Wisps are not available, then try to break down the walls or floor or explore the corridors to find all the runes
