After having solved the first case, proceed towards the North and there is a villager dreaming about a castle. Speak to the villager and you will enter his dream. You need to get out of the castle to solve the puzzle. The directions you need to follow are:

Once you have finished the second villager, there is a third that requires your help. He is east from the mayor and later a little south. You will find the path to the last villager.
