You can unlock several weapons, gear and equipment as you level up through the Military Ranks. To get the BAS-B Battle Rifle, you have to progress till you make it to Military Level 7. Luckily, you can reach up to rank 20 in MW3 Beta’s first week, so you can grab a chance to own the BAS-B Battle Rifle. All you have to do is quickly climb up the ranks by playing matches till you meet the requirement. The BAS-B is the first rifle you will unlock while ranking up, so you can test it out very quickly in MW3. Besides the BAS-B, you can also unlock a beta-exclusive weapon charm called Operation Beta at level 7.
The BAS-B Battle Rifle is great for mid to long-range fights, and can pack quite a punch. Since it uses the .277 Fury ammo, this can be a deadly weapon to own early in a match. If you wish to quickly own this weapon, then the best modes to take part in are Kill Confirmed, Ground War, and Domination. Because of the large player map and tasks given, this is a great way to get some kills, complete objectives, and level up.
