There are only two requirements that you need to meet to unlock the Jak Ferocity Carbine kit. You can get this kit after reaching level 20 and unlocking it through progression. That means playing the game and leveling up till you reach level 20. Level 20 is attainable in the first week of the beta launch as well, so you can quickly make progress and get one step closer to unlocking the Jak Ferocity Carbine kit.
The second requirement that you need to fulfill is to kill 30 enemies with all five pistol attachments. You can change your pistol attachments in the gunsmith and use them in any match. As long as you can kill 30 enemies with a pistol that has all five attachments, you can finally unlock the Jak Ferocity carbine kit. Also, when you reach level 20, you can unlock two more pieces of equipment alongside the kit. You can get the Gunner Vest perk, as well as the Beta Ripper blueprint. The blueprint is exclusive to beta access, so during the beta run, you can quickly claim it via progression.
