When will Bipod be Enabled Again?
A bipod is an accessory that attaches to a gun and has three legs, resulting in greater user stability and accuracy. In Modern Warfare 2, a player discovered that they would fly up instead of falling when they had the bipod attached. Although at first, this seemed disadvantageous, people quickly learned how to take advantage of the bipod and perform some pretty cool tricks shots.
Bipod attachments were disabled because they allowed players to do some insane tricks, something impossible under normal circumstances. But when will they be reinstated?
As developers continue to work on the game, there are some game-breaking bugs that keep coming up. The latest is a screwed-up bipod bug that allows trick shotters to reach heights they could never before reach.
There is no way to predict if this attachment will return to the game for now. Until the developers figure out how to fix these issues, expect it to remain disabled. Infinity Ward patched these types of bugs almost immediately in the past, but they have always been dealt with very quickly.
These will hopefully be the last of all the bugs in the game. However, with every update, things move around and become displaced, making system vulnerabilities worse. They’ll get fixed, but there will always be new ones.
This concludes our guide on the bipod bug in Modern Warfare 2. Also, check our other guides for more updates on the game.
