You can start unlocking trophies after you gain access to free roam. You can start free roaming around New York after completing the first three quests in the game. To get the You Know What to Do trophy, you need to find Aunt May’s grave and interact with it. But first, you need to switch to Peter Parker to get the interact option. If you are unsure on how to switch characters, you need to swipe left on the TouchPad and press the square button to switch.
To locate the grave, you need to head northwest, past Harlem. After you cross the district border, you will come across a graveyard with a marker leading you to two gravestones. One of them belongs to Uncle Ben, while the other belongs to Aunt May. Interact with Aunt May’s gravestone to unlock this trophy. You can get different dialog options depending on whether you visit the grave as Miles or Peter. If you head a little to the west from Aunt May’s grave, you will spot the grave of Mile’s father, Jefferson Davis.
