All the available skills in Lonely Survivors will be ranked based on its usefulness and strength while in battle. They will be segregated in tiers, starting from S Tier all the way to C Tier. S Tier skills are the best and you should collect enough XP to unlock them. C Tier skills are not that great but easy to get in early game, so you should invest in it at the start of the game and move on to better skills.
