Weeping Woman Location in Lies of P
To start the quest, you need to find the weeping woman in Elysion Boulevard. You can get here by teleporting to the Stargazer Inside the House of Elysion Boulevard. You will unlock this area in Chapter 2. From the Stargazer, go left and walk down the passage that leads up a slope. Go around the roof’s slope and keep to your left. You will have to cross a bridge to find a broken wall on the left.
Enter through the wall then go straight. Once you are out of the room, on your left is a raft you can jump off and go down. Cross over towards the window where you can spot the shadow of a woman. Talk to her to start the quest.
Baby Location in Lies of P
The woman has hinted that her baby is at Krat City Hall. Make your way over there by using the Stargazer. Make your way down the stairs and go left to find another flight of stairs leading up. After reaching the top of the stairs, turn right and you will find a blue marker.
Make your way over there to find the Broken Baby Puppet item. You can now head back to the Weeping Woman to hand over the baby and end the quest. It doesn’t matter which option you pick for her question, as you will still get the Vivid Ergo Fragment reward.
