Fortunately, you won’t have to beat Manticoils in Lethal Company. These flighty creatures cannot be interacted with in any way, since they are mainly found in the sky. Even if they do land, they will usually fly away when you get close to them. This creature is one of the few harmless creatures you will encounter and pose no threat during your exploration. If you spot one in the sky, you can marvel at their many wings and wingspan and just continue about your day.
As for the Manticoil’s bestiary description, they belong to the bird family and their wingspan ranges between 55 to 64 inches. They usually have four wings, two up front and two in the back. The back wings are used to stabilize the Manticoil while they are flying at lower speeds, and they use the front wings to give them a lift. As for their feeding, they usually prey on small insects and occasionally small rodents. Contrary to other creatures, they are social and intelligent.
