To start, you need to complete Siegfried Von Essen’s quest and diesel search. You have to visit B13 Landsbach as well as the Drachenberg Mine beside it. You will find an old man sitting outside one of the buildings. If you talk to him, he will tell you how diesel was stolen, and in exchange for your effort he will offer you diamonds. There are a few places you can investigate to get clues about the missing diesel.

  • The fuel tank and houses in Drachenberg Mine
  • The Nightclub in Landsbach. Talk to Bounce for the next clue
  • Take the nightclub stairs and go up to the warehouse. Investigate the laptop in the office
  • Either defeat Bonecrusher in the nightclub ring for the next clue, or talk to Mole if you hand him some money
  • Visit the Old Gas Station and talk to Travis and investigate the wrecked van
  • Head west, defeat the Legion soldiers and investigate the vans near the track
  • Visit the Camp Grand Prix and inspect a fuel tank on the hill

After collecting all the clues, you will get the option to talk to Bounce before returning the diesel to Siegfried. If you do that, you will get a PSG1 in exchange. The PSG1 has 41 damage, 36 range, and 9% critical hit.
