There are a few locations where you can get medium camo armor, as this is a random spawn. You can visit the crocodile camp in H14 and investigate the shacks in the area. Be careful of enemies and crocs roaming the area, so clear the area first. One of the corner shacks has a chest, and if you investigate it, you will get medium camo armor.
Another location to check is the graveyard in the southernmost section of the map. It can be found across the river, but crossing it can be expensive. You will need a boat, then head to the southeast corner of the map. Once you reach the shore, investigate the area for gravestones. There is a barren tree beside it, and if you walk further west, you will find a strange bush. Equip any machet on your merc and whack the bush to reveal a chest.
The above chests have a random chance of spawning medium camo armor. If you don’t get it the first time, you can load a prior save file and repeat the process in Jagged Alliance 3.
