At the start of the game, the sanguinatrix has low healing so players will be looking to increase their healing. How to Upgrade the Sanguinatrix

Players first need to meet these requirements to be able to upgrade the Sanguinatrix: 

  1. Players need to defeat their first boss in the game called Pieta, She of Blessed Renewal
  2. Players then need to obtain Saintly Quintessence

In order to upgrade their Sanguinatrix tool for more healing, players need to follow these steps: 

  1. After meeting the requirements players need to enter Skyrest Bridge
  2. Then players will be in the hub area behind the boss arena where players defeated Pieta. 
  3. Players will find Pieta standing there and then interact with her (next to Vestige)
  4. After interacting with her, players need to complete her dialogue
  5. Then players will be given the option to Upgrade Sanguinatrix tool 
  6. Then simply click on the buttons and hold the “Upgrade” button to start upgrading 
  7. After that, players will go under some small animation while Pieta bestows her healing blood on the tool and increases its healing powers.
