If you haven’t been to Stone Coffin Fissure yet, you would need to go here as part of Thiollier’s quest. First, you need to locate St Trina, who is located within Stone Coffin Fissure. You can access this area after completing the Putrescent Knight boss fight. After meeting St. Trina and telling Thiollier about her whereabouts will unlock the Stone Coffin Fissure site of grace automatically. You can now fast travel here at your convenience. This entire section is south of Cerulean Coast site of grace
But before you can do all that, you need to head over to a previous site of grace called The Fissure. You cannot access the Stone Coffin Fissure unless you have unlocked the sealed barrier. All you have to do for that is to visit the main gate of Shadow Keep and wait for a message to pop up about a broken great rune. It will take a while for the message to come, so you have to stand in front of the main entrance for a while. After that, then seal will be broken, and you can explore further into the dungeon
