To start daily commissions, you need to complete the Ominous Star quest first. You will attain this quest by following the main storyline. This is the fourth part of the main story quests, and once you complete it you will automatically unlock daily commissions. To access the commissions, you can check your Guidebook under the Activities tab. Dailies are short tasks that can be completed within a few minutes of logging in. Completing them will reward you with Intimacy, Shell Credits, and other useful items.
The tasks refreshed everyday, and the rewards stay mostly consistent. Even if you miss out on a day, there is no repercussion for this. Once you complete all the dailies for the day, you have to wait till reset time to unlock new commissions. Completing them will not only help you gain rewards, but will also help you level up by helping you farm Union XP to increase your Union Level
