Pullcaster in Horizon Forbidden West- How to Unlock and Use?
The Pullcaster is a grappling hook that players can unlock early in the game. It is the first piece of weapon that Aloy will get from a dead person across a blocked path while exploring the ruins. The corpse is by a camp. Once you get the Pullcaster, move towards the camp and search for the other materials to fix it.
To find the materials, hold R3 and scan the area. Once you get the pieces of the Pullcaster, head back to your workbench, and Aloy will easily fix the item. Pullcaster plays a significant role in this game. It doesn’t only pull Aloy from one location to another. Pullcaster can pull several different things like the Supply Crates, etc.
To use it, first press L2 and then press the ‘triangle’ to switch the bow. Next, hold down the R2 button to set your aim, and your Pullcaster will pull it. The blue-tined metal marks determine if the Pullcaster can pull those items or not.
