Lost Judgement is an action-adventure game developed by Ryu Ga Gotoku Studio and released by Sega, available only in PlayStation ( PS 4 and PS 5) and Xbox. It is a sequel to the game Judgement (released in 2018) and is released on 24th September 2021.
The game’s story revolves around the Private detective Takayuki Yagami, investigating a criminal accused of murder and sexual harassment. It is a single-player game, and the players can control Takayuki Yagami during his investigation to different cities of Japan.
Players who have already played this game are aware that there are many tailing missions throughout the game. The detective has to tail a lot of people from the very beginning of the game. These tailing missions are risky yet exciting. This guide will help you know how to tail Toru in Lost Judgement.
How to Tail Toru in Lost Judgement
Unlock My First Errand Side Case
To tail Toru, first, you have to unlock My First Errand Side Case. To unlock this, you need to reach Chapter 12 of the game. Once you get to chapter 12, head to the job board ( Yokohama 99) to pick up the case.
Next, the story takes you to the Wette kitchen in Ijincho to meet the client, Manaka, who told you to tail his five-year-old child Toru. The reason behind this weird request is that his son insists that he is old enough to go out alone. Accept the case, and Manaka will show the detective Toru’s picture.
Tailing Toru
Right where the scene is about to end, Kaito suddenly proposes that he also wants to help. Next, you’ll be taken to the place where Toru is wandering. Now your only mission is to tail him all the way. In the beginning, it’s just like any other tailing mission, but the scene changes when Toru bumps into some thugs. The only way Takayuki and Kaito can settle this situation without getting caught is by making Projection Selection. You can control this by using the left thumbstick. Use your thumbstick to go up and down, cycle through your projection selection, and give them a death stare to scare them off.
Takayuki and Kaito stuck their heads in cardboard while hiding themselves from Toru when the mission began. To continue the task, they move with the cardboard on their head. It is a little hard to move like this, but you can control their speed and movement. To reduce their speed tilt the left stick down and release it when Toru looks back.
In this tailing mission, there is a great chance of being caught by Toru. There are checkpoints, so if you get caught, your game will restart from there. In the beginning, you may get caught, but with some practice, you can complete the mission without getting caught.
