In the Civil Unrest quest, you need to settle the conflicts in Battahl so the evacuation can take place. There are 3 conflicts or objectives that you need to complete and all three have a different approach. The first one can be handled with violence, but the other two have a bit of a different approach. In this guide, we will show you how to resolve conflict in the Civil Unrest quest so you can proceed with the evacuation and complete the quest.

How to Resolve the Conflict in Civil Unrest Quest

After having spoken to Menella, you can start to resolve the conflicts. You can view all conflicts on the map. The conflict locations are Near Purchasable House in Bakbattah, in front of Bakbattahl Inn, and front of Babbattahl Vocation Guild.

Conflict 1 – Near Purchasable House in Bakbattah

To resolve the first conflict, simply approach the two citizens and they will start to attack you. Hit them a bit and they will surrender and resolve the fight.

Conflict 2 – Between Human and Beastren (Each with a Child)

In this conflict, each of the two parties has a child with them. The conflict occurs in front of the Bakbattahl Inn. Give food to any of the two children and that resolves the fight.

Conflict 3 – Duel Between Two Soldiers

To resolve this conflict, you simply need to bear witness to the fight and after a while, both parties come to senses and the conflict is over.

Once the conflicts are over, you can approach Menella to proceed with the quest and the evacuation of Bakbattahl.
