The only way you can reset any weapon enhancement is only by reaching the post-game section of Dragon’s Dogma 2. Once you reach NG+, you can explore an option that will remove all added enhancements to any particular weapon. For that, make your way to Bay Wayside Shrine and speak to  Dragonforged. You can get an option of clearing enhancements from a weapon, but for a price. You need to collect the sufficient amount of Wyrmslife Crystals to hand over. You can get these crystals by hunting down draconian beasts like lesser drakes and dragons. You would have accumulated a fair amount by now, so you can always talk to Dragonforged anytime you wish to have a weapon enhancement removed

You can now reuse the enhancement on any other weapon of your choice. This process can be repeated as many times as you wish, as long as you have enough Wyrmslife Crystals for Dragonforged.
