Harvestella: How to Recover Stamina & HP
Stamina and HP are very important resources that the players need to take care of in a farming simulator. You will need them to perform daily activities in the game, and Harvestella is no different. If you’re running out of stamina and HP too quickly, we might have some tips for you in this guide.

You will be spending stamina on daily farming activities and HP while fighting monsters. The quickest way to recover either of these at any given time is food, but you need to have them on you. You can keep food items in your inventory and use them when your stamina and HP is falling quickly. Also, you will fully recover both of these stats at the end of the day, after you sleep through the night at the Bird’s Eye Brae.
Every food item will restore or take away a specific amount of stamina or HP. You will need to look for the better ones and keep a lot of them in store. If you want to have a steady supply of food during your adventures, you will need to develop your farm. Once you have a lot of things growing on your farm, you will be able to cook foods that replenish your health and stamina greatly at a low cost.
Note that it’s not recommended to use food items during an intense battle, as the animation will slow you down and leave you vulnerable to the enemy. However, you can still use liquid food items to replenish your health.
As for stamina, you should eat something only when the stamina has voluntarily dropped low due to your actions. The best food item to regain stamina is the Mountain Stir Fry. It takes 20 minutes to make and restores 50% of the player’s stamina when eaten.
