In case you haven’t spoken to Count Ymir, you can find him in Cathedral Manus Metyr. If you haven’t reached this place, you can get here by traveling south to southwest of Church District Highroad after passing through Bonny Village as your starting point. Talk to Count Ymir and he will hand over a Ruins Map and a necklace. From there, you need to head over to Finger Ruins of Rhia, and below are the steps to get there

First, reach Ellac River Cave. For that, you need to backtrack all the way to Castle Front, which is across the Ellac Greatbridge
From there, travel southeast till you reach the first marker marked as number 1 on the map above
Keep following the path southeast till it starts curving to the east and ultimately leads you north to northeast
You will soon reach the second pointer on the map, after which travel west to reach marker number 3

Once you reach the pond with the giant crab enemy, turn southwest and you will spot a cave entrance
Inside the cave, keep to your left and ascend the path. Follow the stream till you spot the Ellac River Cave site of grace on your right
You now need to reach Ellac River Downstream. Follow the stream south using Torrent’s help to jump across the boulders.

You can spot the Ellac River Downstream site of grace just before the edge of the waterfall
Make your way down the waterfall and keep going south to southeast to reach Cerulean Coast

From Cerulean Coast site of grace, travel southeast till you reach a bridge that leads to the inside of some ruins
Go up the stairs and keep to your right, you will spot the Finger Ruins of Rhia site of grace here
