To reach Finger Ruins of Dheo, you first need to enter Hinterland. This is a secret area under Shadow Keep. To get here, you first need to unlock the O Mother gesture. You can find the gesture north of Bonny Village. After that, make your way to Shadow Keep Back Gate site of grace. Instead of walking towards Commander Gaius’ lair, turn right and use the O Mother gesture in front of the statue. You will be transported to Hinterland
Head east to reach Hinterland Bridge site of grace, then keep going east to Fingerstone Hill. From there, just head south to the marked location above and you can reach Finger Ruins of Dheo
