Before starting any Void Intercept battle, you can take a look at the boss sheet to know their weakness and weak points. Keep the weak points in mind as these are the places you need to latch on to and break to deal maximum damage. Once you load into a match, try and damage the weak spots using your weapon. With repeated damage, you will notice that the area starts turning yellow. That means that the armor is compromised and you can get a better time latching on to it
Next, use your grapple and latch onto the yellow section, while holding on to the RMB/LT. You need to hold down and not press the button so that you can get a good grip. Next, press LMB/RT repeatedly to damage and tear the armor piece. If you are not successful the first time, you have to wait till the area turns yellow again and repeat the process. Each time you damage one section of armor, you need to wait for the cooldown period to get over before you can latch on again
