To locate the two disks, make your way to the basement of Tiger’s Maw Mine. You would have to call an elevator to help take you down here. Once you reach the basement, exit the elevator and head straight down. You will find a shack to your right, right where Huaxi and Leili are standing. Inside this shack you can find two Induction Cells. To pick them up, use the levitator skill from your Utility Wheel. After picking up one of the Induction Cells, you need to locate the device with an Induction Socket to place the cell in.
There are two of them within this area that you need to power up. The first one can be found on the left side of the elevator slope where you got down from. Aim for the socket on the device and place the induction cell within it. Return to the shack to pick up the next cell, then go down the ramp on your right. You will find the second device on the left side of the archway. Place the last induction cell here to complete the objective
