Restockers can be hired in your store the same way you can hire cashiers. To hire restockers, head over to your in-game computer and go to Management > Hiring. You can find all the staff you can hire for your store, including the new Restockers. You need to reach particular levels before you can hire Restockers. Below are the levels you need to reach before you can hire them

Hiring Cost: $100
Required Storage: 1
Purchase Rack: 1
Required Store Level: 15

Restocker #2

Hiring Cost: $100
Required Storage: 1
Purchase Rack: 6
Required Store Level: 22

Restocker #3

Hiring Cost: $110
Required Storage: 1
Purchase Rack: 13
Required Store Level: 29

Restocker #4

Hiring Cost: $150

You need to purchase the required number of racks and place them in your store so your restockers can get to work. You also need to increase your store level by bringing in more customers and displaying more products. Also, the storage expansion is required, and if you don’t have one already, you can purchase it by heading over to the Storage section under Management in your computer. You should also note that you need to pay the restockers wages, which costs $90 daily wage per restocker.
