You need to first unlock the blueprint for the Webley Revolver, and you can get them in two ways. The first way is to find Essence Traders around The Watch, and you can purchase the blueprint if you have T3 essence. But if you want to get the blueprint for free, then you have to find the NPC Agatha Harris. She is located in The Watch, and once you complete her and Allan Quartermain’s questline, you will get the Webley Revolver blueprint. You can now take the blueprint to the Excellent Workbench to craft it. If you don’t have the Excellent Workbench, you can craft it after attaining the blueprint from the Ascended Forest Provisioner Essence Trader, The Watch Dauntless Tools Essence Trader, and The Watch Mystic Tools Essence Trader
To craft the Webley Revolver, you need the following materials.
- 1 x Marksman Barrel – Blacksmith’s Hearth using 1x Barrel and 1x Ornament
- 1 x Fasteners
- 1 x Filigree – Blacksmith’s Hearth using 4x Wire
- 1 x Refined Action
