The Liurnia Divine Tower can’t be accessed simply. To access it, players need to complete the questline of Ranni, the Witch, whom you can find at the Ranni’s Rise. You’ll get the Inverted Carian Statue from Ranni once you complete the questline.
To complete the questline, you need to defeat Starscourage Radahn and get Fingerslayer Blade from Nokron. Once you obtain the item, return it to Ranni, and she will give you the Inverted Carian Statue in return. Below we are giving the process to access the Liurnia Divine Tower in detail-
1. Go to the Carian Study Hall and enter it.
2. You’ll see a Pedestal in front. Interact with it, and place the statue on the pedestal.
3. You’ll see the whole study hall changes upside-down, and you have the way to proceed further. At the center of the hall, you’ll find a lift. You have to fight with several enemies while proceeding.
4. The lift will take you down, and there you have to proceed through the large set of double doors.
5. Finally, you’ll reach the bridge that leads you to the Liurnia Divine Tower.
6. Before progressing, fight and defeat Godskin Noble. Also, if you are not ready, you can run away from it.
7. Now, take the elevator that takes you up.
8. Once you reach up, you’ll be at the top of the tower.
