The Tanabata Streamers are one of the Photography Spots that you can uncover while playing Forza Horizon 6. You will earn points called Playlist Points and Discover Japan Points by locating and taking photos of them, helping you to unlock various rewards as well as fill up your journal. But you may find it difficult as the streamers show up only during the summer season. This guide will tell you where to find the Tanabata Streamers and how to complete the photography challenge.

How to Get the Tanabata Streamers

In order to finish the Tanabata Streamers Photography Challenge in Forza Horizon 6, it is necessary to locate and take pictures of the colourful Tanabata streamers. These decorations can normally be found near Mei’s House, but there’s one important catch: they only appear during the Summer season.

First, open the Pause Menu and go to the Creative Hub. Next, pick EventLab from the menu and tap on Play Event. The Search Event button will be at the bottom of the screen. Type in the Share Code of this particular challenge and load the EventLab map that appears in the search results. Finally, pick any car and start the game.

When you are at the destination point, open Photo Mode and capture an image to fulfil the challenge. If you are playing via controllers, you need to use the Up button from the D-pad to access the camera. If you are playing via keyboard, then just hit the P button.

Remember to capture an image of the Tanabata Streamers as well; otherwise, the challenge will not be completed because the game will not recognise the Tanabata Streamers in the picture, and you cannot capture a picture of the place without the Tanabata Streamers being there. Upon completion of this challenge, you will get the Playlist Points for this challenge. All Photography Spots that you complete will also give you some Discover Japan Points. These points allow you to unlock several rewards in the Discover Japan Journal.
