Ore Skin Ring is an accessory in Gothic 1 Remake which can be very helpful in increasing your defence capabilities on your journey. It can be found within the locked chest in the room of Bartholo and Scar located at Old Camp; however, you have to solve a special lockpicking puzzle in order to open the chest and get the ring. How to Get the Ring of Ore Skin
The chest, which is situated close to the window in the room of Bartholo and Scar at Old Camp, has the Ring of Ore Skin. As you explore the room, do not forget to open the chest and collect the ring along with other treasures.
It should be noted that this lock-picking trick was tested on the base version of the Lockpicking skill without any upgrades. As a result, once this skill is upgraded, the lock will act differently, and this approach won’t work anymore.
For opening of the chest, first rotate the 1st Plate to the left one time. Then, move the 4th Plate to the left once too. Next, rotate the 3rd Plate to the right once, then the 2nd Plate to the right once too. Further, rotate the 4th Plate to the left twice, and then the 3rd Plate to the right twice. Then repeat this process again by rotating the 4th Plate to the left twice and the 3rd Plate to the right twice.
Then, rotate the 5th Plate to the right four times. After that, rotate the 4th Plate to the left twice and then the 3rd Plate to the right five times. Finally, for the completion of the process, rotate the 1st Plate to the right five times. Next, rotate the 2nd Plate to the right three times. Also, rotate the 4th Plate to the left three times, the 3rd Plate to the right three times and the 5th Plate to the right twice.
