The Fourth Mark Ship in Destiny 2 is the exotic reward for defeating the High Celebrant of Xivu Arath, a large Hive Knight. The final hunt of the season went live a few days back and it has brought the season to the climax it’s been building on for the past several months. As part of the season to hunt the corrupted Fallen and Hive, crow will require you to hunt down the High Celebrant in Dreaming City. Initially, the Coup De Grace quest was thought to be bugged as the exotic ship did not drop for players, but Bungie has confirmed it’s a rare reward and players may have to replay the mission several times before you can obtain the reward. How to Farm the Fourth Mark Ship in Destiny 2
Currently, player have three opportunity a week with each character to farm the Fourth Mark Ship. Failing that, you will have to wait for the next week to retake the quest. As the Ship is a rare drop, it can take some time before you are able to obtain it.
To get the Fourth Mark Ship in Destiny 2, you will have to complete the hunt and take down the final boss – High Celebrant of Xivu Arath in the Coup De Grace quest. But, that does not guarantee that you will get the reward. You will increase the chances of getting the ship by completing the hunt every week. Bungie has said in a Tweet, “Chances for this reward increase with each activity completion.”
However, there is a quicker way to getting the ship than grinding week in and out. The trick was shared by @ganter29 on Twitter. Here is how you can farm the Fourth Mark Ship if you still have a character remaining for the quest.
- Lay down the lure for the hunt
- Launch the mission
- After you spawn, go to the lure and delete the charge
- Proceed with the hunt normally and recalibrate the lure
Repeat the same process until you get the Fourth Mark Ship. Just so you know, it took @ganter29 10 runs before they go the ship.
