To get the Skull of Turtle Treasure, you need to make your way to Valley of Ecstacy > Longevity Road in Chapter 3 The New West. From the shrine, head left and go down the snowy hill. You will come across a flight of stairs going up, continue along the path and keep going straight. You will soon come across a wooden archway, but don’t go through it. Instead, look around the area to find an enemy called Turtle Treasure. This enemy will have a larger health bar than other enemies in the area and will have more distinct features, making it stand out from other enemies.
You have to defeat the Turtle Treasure enemy several times to get the Skull of Turtle Enemy drop. This drop is RNG so you might have to rest at the nearest shrine and come back here for the enemy to respawn. There is no fixed outcome for when you will attain this drop, so if you are sure of getting the Skull of Turtle Treasure, then you need to come back several times and defeat the Turtle Treasure enemy to get it.
