Pokemon Scarlet and Violet were released a few weeks back, and whether you find Skrelp is based on the game version you are playing. If you are a Pokemon Violet player, you can’t capture Skrelp because it is a Scarlet-exclusive Pokemon that can only be caught in Pokemon Scarlet. For Pokemon Violet, trade is the only option to get Skrelp.
If you are a veteran player and have played the previous Pokemon, you have probably seen Skrelp. It is not a powerful Pokemon to be used in battles; players still need it to enrich the Pokedex collection. Go to the above-marked area, and make your way toward the Auction House. Pass the Auction House and go to the sea behind it. Jump on the seawater, and go deeper into the sea to find Skrelp. This Poison/Water-type Pokemon spawns plenty, so it won’t take long to find one.
Once you get a Skrelp, you can evolve it by leveling it up to level 48. Use Exp. Candies or Rare Candies to evolve Skrelp into Dragalge. Though Skrelp is not a powerful Pokemon, Dragalge is a good companion you probably want to have on your team. Their Special Attack and Defense stats are one of the greatest.
